Description: For Support and enhancement of Oracle Incentive Compensation -STAR application, we require a technical resource who has knowledge of Incentive Compensation.
candidate will ideally have knowledge of Oracle Incentive Compensation but will also consider candidates with knowledge of Callidus, Varicent or other sales commission/compensation tool.
Candidate should will also have knowledge of Oracle SQL, Oracle PL/SQL programming language to be able to troubleshoot and resolve issues besides working on enhancements.
The role will also require the resource to look at issues/bugs assigned for incentive compensation application and debug to find issues and fix them in timely manner. For enhancements they will have to use the skills mentioned above to create additional programs, update current ones and jobs as required by the enhancement specification.
