Job Title: Sr Oracle Development DBA

Requirements:

• Provide Oracle Database administration inclusive of data design / modeling, monitoring, and performance tuning
• Developing schemas and Data normalization
• Strong experience in deploying, configuring Oracle RAC on Linux platform
• Must have strong SQL / PLSQL development, and tuning,
• Support Dev, QA and Staging database environments, troubleshoot system and database issues as they arise
• ASM RAC Installation and patching
• Review, analyze AWR reports and provide solution to isolate bottlenecks/issues across environments
• Create and administer a backup and recovery plan that adheres to department policy for archiving rules
• Troubleshoot system and database issues as they arise
• Work in conjunction with Application Developers, Architects and Unix Systems Administrators
• Excellent verbal and written communications

Description: Looking for a Sr. Oracle DBA with a strong background in application development database support. This roles requires data design, modeling and normalization skills (e.g.: data architect with deep dba skills)
